Hypnosis Therapy

Hypnosis und Deep Relaxation

The Mind&Body Performance Center of the Institute of Neurofeedback and Biofeedback (I-NFBF) uses hypnosis, autogenic training, and mindfulness meditations as additional features in its Mind&Body Performance Center.

  • as a training method for deep relaxation, for stress, anxiety and pain reduction
  • To improve the patient's motivation and goal orientation
  • For mental or physical performance optimization
  • In the case of mental exams or performance blocks
  • To practice new behavior patterns

In case of difficulty sleeping and for individual expansion of consciousness.

Together with the lecturers, Mary Tracy and John Anderson from STENS Biofeedback from the USA, Dr. Otzen teaches and practices bio- and neurofeedback-supported deep relaxation procedures, mindfulness, meditation and hypnosis. All deep relaxation or hypnosis sessions are supported and controlled by neurofeedback and biofeedback. In this way, patient and therapist can objectively measure the depth of relaxation in real-time and control the effectiveness of the session. Even inexperienced patients reach very deep relaxation states in a very short time due to the neuro and biofeedback-controlled relaxation music (feedback on the depth of relaxation), awaken refreshed and regenerated after 45 minutes and feel again in the 'here and now'.

Below is a list of brain waves/brain activity that can be measured, trained and improved primarily under hypnosis, meditation and deep relaxation sessions:
