• At the I-NFBF Mind & Body Performance Center, you receive active, measurable, and lasting support for neurological, psychological, and physical complaints and for enhancing your mental and physical performance.
• We work with state-of-the-art, medically certified neuro- and biofeedback systems, as well as complementary methods such as neuromodulation, IHHT cell training, photobiomodulation, hypnosis, and mindfulness.
• Every therapy begins with a thorough assessment (QEEG, neurobiological stress profile, HRV, metabolic check), on the basis of which we create an individual, evidence-based treatment plan.

Our Services

• Neuro- and biofeedback therapy: Training on modern, certified neuro- and biofeedback systems, the same devices used at leading clinics and universities.
• Integrative neurotherapies: QEEG-guided neurofeedback, including database-guided and transcranial neurofeedback, biofeedback (HRV, EMG, skin conductance, respiration, temperature), and microcurrent neurofeedback (MCN).
• Complementary methods: Neuromodulation, hypnosis and deep relaxation, mindfulness meditation, Alpha-Stim electrotherapy, Emotional Physical Rebalancing Therapy (EPRTH), IHHT cell training, photobiomodulation, metabolic analysis, and the BioEnergetiX WellNES System.

The Mind & Body Performance Center is directed by Dr oec. Eva Otzen, certified neuro- and biofeedback therapist registered with EMR, ASCA, and NOS, with more than 20 years of clinical, institutional, and research experience. Treatments take place in Zurich and Blonay (Lake Geneva region, VD).

In a personal initial consultation, we explain the various assessments and therapeutic options and develop an individual treatment plan together.
